GRIOT AND PIKLIZ

Haitian style fried pork with a spicy condiment called “pikliz” made of pickled cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and scotch bonnet peppers. Seasoned with garlic, onion served with a side of Haitian black rice and sweet plantains.
